It was fairly clean and pretty standard place, had very good location and rooms. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a balcony. I came here for 5 nights and had a very nice stay.

The staff is helpful here, the services are very good, and location is beautiful right by the center of the hotel zone, avenue and downtown.

Business location and panoramic views, very proffesional staff and good service. The beds were incredibly large, the room was breathtaking and romantic. The continental breakfast was delicious, staff quickly refilled empty items. The property was set in a very relaxing area. Totally splendid experience.

The place was spotless and staff were hospitable, I appreciated prime location. There were NICE tea, fruit, coffee, eggs and yoghourt. The service was great here. Plus their wifi was fine.
Well, the views were not very good here.

I enjoyed my staying here. I had a really really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was unbeatable very close to shops, R1/R2 bus station, bus stop. The rooms with splendid view, single bed, for instance.

Very good value for money, it was enjoyable stay. I loved contemporary furniture in the double room. The airport was 20 km away from here, great riverside location.

The hotel of choice in Cancun. Deluxe venue, it has great rooms and food. Visited their restaurant Pool Bar couple of times.
